Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Get Called LLC ("Get Called," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of West Valley Hoarding and the website westvalleyhoarding.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit the Site, submit our contact form, or call our phone number (888) 365-3410 (together, the "Services").

West Valley Hoarding is a referral service. We don't perform cleanup services. When you ask for help, we share your information with independent, third-party service providers ("Providers") so they can contact you and quote your job. Providers are separate businesses, and their own privacy practices govern their use of your information.

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us - Contact form: your name, phone number, email address, city, the message you write, and your consent choices. - Phone calls: your phone number (including caller ID), the date, time, and length of the call, what you tell us about your situation (for example, property location, type of service needed, deadlines), and call recordings (see Section 4). - Other communications: anything you send us by email or text message.

Information collected automatically - Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. - Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 6. - Call tracking data: we may use call-tracking services that record which page or source led to your call.

Sensitive information: please don't share health, financial-account, or other sensitive details beyond what's needed to describe the job. Situations involving hoarding can be personal; we use what you share only to route your request.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their unrelated marketing, and we don't share call recordings with anyone for marketing. Under some state laws, sharing your information with a Provider that pays us for a referral you requested may be treated as a "sale" or "share." See Section 9 for your rights.

4. Call Recording

Calls to and from our phone numbers may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance and training. Recordings are used only for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. They are not sold and are not used for marketing. Arizona permits recording with one party's consent (A.R.S. § 13-3005; § 13-3012(9)). Because some states, such as California, require all parties to consent, we notify all callers that calls may be recorded. By continuing a call after this notice, you consent to recording. If you don't consent, tell us at the start of the call or contact us through the online form.

5. Calls and Text Messages (TCPA)

If you check the consent box on our form or otherwise give consent, you agree that Get Called LLC and its partner Providers may contact you at the number you provided about your request, including by calls and text messages that may use automated technology or prerecorded or artificial voice. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling by telling us during a call or emailing us. Providers that have received your information may need to be told separately.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the Site working, to understand how visitors use it (for example, through privacy-respecting analytics), and to measure which pages lead to calls. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect Site features. We don't currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. Generally, contact-form submissions and lead records are kept for up to 24 months, and call recordings for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required for legal, dispute, or compliance reasons.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to: - Know or access the personal information we've collected about you; - Correct inaccurate information; - Delete your information; - Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling; - Get a portable copy of your information; and - Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): In the past 12 months, we may have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, phone, email, IP address); customer records; internet or electronic activity; geolocation (city or ZIP code level); audio information (call recordings); and inferences about the service you need. We collect them from you, your devices, and our vendors, for the business purposes described in Section 2. We disclose identifiers and service-request details to Providers, and that disclosure may count as a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. To opt out, email us using the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." We don't knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

How to exercise your rights: email joshua@getcallednow.com. We'll verify your request by matching information you give with information we hold, and we'll respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of authorization. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable), and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

11. Third-Party Links and Providers

The Site may link to third-party websites, and Providers are independent businesses. We're not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be noted on the Site.
