About West Valley Hoarding

West Valley Hoarding is a free referral service for people dealing with hoarded, cluttered, or contaminated homes in Sun City West, Sun City, Surprise, and Peoria, Arizona.

What we do: We answer the phone at (888) 365-3410, listen, and connect you with an independent local cleanup provider.

Hours: Calls are answered 9 AM–5 PM Arizona time, Monday–Friday. After hours, leave a message and we'll call you back. Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance and training.

What we don't do: We don't perform cleanups, and we don't employ cleanup crews. The providers we refer you to are independent businesses responsible for their own work, licenses, and insurance. Always ask a provider for proof of insurance and any license their work requires.

How we're paid: Referrals are free to you. Providers pay us for referrals.

Disclosure: West Valley Hoarding is operated by Get Called LLC, a referral service. Services are performed by independent, third-party providers.
